Technical Delivery / Service Manager
Salary: $130.00 - $150.00 phr (incl. super)
- 12 + 12 months contract
- Sydney location + Hybrid WFH
- NV1 security clearance required
Our client, a Federal Government Department focused on financial crime is seeking a Technical Delivery / Service Manager to join their team.
Duties:
- Lead a product team, technical delivery management and be the agile scrum master for the Case Management, Customer Relationship Management (Case and CRM), Customer Services Pega solutions
- Engaging with the full range of teams to ensure that the functions provided meet the needs of the Department.
- Coaching, guiding and mentoring delivery team by developing a self‑organising and self‑managing team that is both outcomes‑focused and customer‑focused.
- Effectively removing obstacles and impediments to delivery and service operations.
- Ensure deliverables align with branch and agency priorities.
- Working, communicating and negotiating effectively with different levels of stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Organising planning on system delivery, showcase and rollout in accordance with agile methodology.
- Establish and transition to a BAU team for the on‑going support of the solution operations (e.g., managing technology issue escalations).
