Technical Design Associate (Kitchen)

About the Role

As a Technical Design Associate, you will support the Sales Designers in delivering refined and well-executed home solutions for clients. You will combine design knowledge with technical skills to assist space planning, client coordination, and showroom sales that will contribute to the creation of premium and functional living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Showroom Sales and Client Support
  • Assist in showroom sales by engaging with clients and presenting premium furniture and design solutions.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Support Sales Designers in managing client interactions and needs.
• Design and Technical Support
  • Assist in preparing design proposals, including space planning, layout, and product recommendations.
  • Support design discussions or furniture selection, color coordination, and overall aesthetics.
• Account and Project Coordination
  • Monitor progress of accounts handled by Senior Designers.
  • Assist in tracking deliverables, timelines, and client requirements.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of design tools such as SketchUp, CAD, and rendering softwares (e.g. V-Ray, Enscape).
• Personable, confident, detail-oriented, and able to engage high-end clientele.
• Entrepreneurial and Customer-centric mindset.

Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)

• Experience in design, showroom sales, or project coordination.
• Knowledge of furniture, interiors, or luxury home products.
• Passion and experience working with premium or lifestyle brands.
