Technical Development Manager
Lead the project's technical planning and development, establish a clear technology vision aligned with operational objectives, and transform business needs and ideas into scalable, implementable digital solutions and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the project's technical vision and strategy and align it with operational objectives.
- Develop the technical roadmap, priorities, and development timelines.
- Lead the development team and monitor progress and quality of deliverables.
- Translate operational needs and ideas into clear technical requirements.
- Develop platforms, systems, and applications used to manage home visits.
- Oversee new features, enhancements, and technical issue resolution.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from requirements analysis to launch and follow-up.
- Coordinate with operations, quality, data, and information security teams.
- Manage technical vendors and partners and ensure compliance with the agreed scope.
- Review technical solutions and designs to ensure scalability and sustainability.
- Establish development team KPIs and provide regular progress and risk reports.
- Improve development, testing, deployment, and change management processes.
- Ensure data protection and compliance with cybersecurity and technology governance requirements.
- Monitor system performance and stability and address the root causes of technical issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of professional experience in systems development or digital products.
- Experience leading development teams and managing technical projects and products.
- Experience in developing technical plans and managing product roadmaps.
