Technical Delivery Manager

Experience Requirements

• Total Relevant Experience: 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience.
• Technical Delivery Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements.
• Preferred Domain Experience: Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, and large-scale program delivery environments.

Core Competencies (Mandatory)

• Strong experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Thorough understanding of banking regulatory requirements, security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication mechanisms, and fraud/risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

Core Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Java 11, Java 17, and Java 21.
• Deep understanding of Core Java concepts, including:
• Multithreading and Concurrency
• JVM Performance Tuning
• Collections Framework
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Design Patterns
• Extensive experience with:
• Spring Framework
• Spring Boot
• Spring MVC
• Expertise in modern application architectures:
• Microservices Architecture
• RESTful API Design & Development
• Event-Driven Architecture
• Database experience with:
• Oracle
• MySQL
• Messaging and integration technologies:
• Apache Kafka
• RabbitMQ
• Strong understanding of delivery best practices:
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Code Reviews
• Technical Leadership and Ownership
• Release and Deployment Governance

Secondary Skills (Preferred)

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or other Agile certifications will be an added advantage.
• Monitoring & Observability: Splunk, Grafana, Geneos.
• Collaboration & ALM Tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
