Technical & Digital Support Staff

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a computer-literate, adaptable, and willing-to-learn person to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, assisting with product showcasing, basic CAD/BIM work, digital content creation, and using AI tools for day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to email and customer inquiries

• Assist with product information and quotations

• Assist with product showcasing and demonstrations

• Perform basic CAD, BIM, or Revit tasks

• Create basic digital content and presentations

• Use AI tools and prompting for images, videos, writing, and research

• Assist with general computer-based tasks

Qualifications

• College degree is not required

• Good computer and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of CAD, BIM, or Revit is an advantage

• Comfortable using AI tools and AI prompting

• Basic graphic design skills are a plus but not required

• Willing to learn new software and technologies

• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Skills in CAD, BIM, Revit, Canva, Photoshop, AI tools, email communication, video editing, or 3D modeling are an advantage.
