- Lead and develop the electrical engineering team and oversee performance, budgets, and forecasting
- Develop and maintain client relationships and WSP brand in UK and EMEA
- Drive profitable, sustainable work-winning and manage project pipelines
- Collaborate with clients, developers, contractors, and architects to secure WSP’s position as engineer of choice
- Oversee strategic initiatives with senior leadership and share knowledge globally
- Provide excellent client care and identify opportunities to develop additional business
- Ensure integration of advanced technologies and energy management in DC operations
- Chartership through CIBSE/IET Engineering Council (or willingness to pursue)
- Electrical design engineering expertise across power distribution, generation, critical backup systems, and energy management
