Technical Documentary Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for writing company quality management system documents, organizing document content formats, and version control.

2. Responsible for writing, publishing, reviewing, signing, and organizing documents related to R&D project development.

3. Manage and maintain product related information on the system, BOM upgrade and maintenance, Rohs&Reach information maintenance, product design change process and documentation, and other related work.

4. Translation of project related documents into Chinese and English.

5. Participate and assist in the entire process of R&D projects, including product requirement analysis, design and development, testing and verification, sample evaluation, functional performance environment experiments, and reliability testing.

6. Assist in the daily administrative management of the R&D department.

7. Track and coordinate the development progress of R&D projects, coordinate and consolidate departmental work.

What we expect

1. College degree or above, with at least 3 years of work experience as a R&D assistant or civil service specialist. Computer/software/electronic engineering/English or related majors are preferred.

2. Have practical experience as a document specialist or project management specialist.

3. Good document writing habits, proficient in English, capable of handling professional document writing tasks.

4. Good literature research and oral communication skills are preferred.

Proficient in using AI tools for translation and technical content generation is preferred

1. Good teamwork, diligent and hardworking spirit, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

2. Good self-discipline, keen insight into technology, and strong self-learning ability.

Location
This position is based in Shanghai, China, with close collaboration with our global teams.
