Technical Engineer-Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Engineer-Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between design and construction. You will be responsible for translating architectural concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring their feasibility and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop and refine architectural drawings.
  
• Conduct technical reviews of architectural designs, identifying potential constructability issues.
  
• Prepare detailed construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and specifications.
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations.
  
• Participate in site visits and provide technical support to construction teams.
  
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest construction technologies and materials.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or a closely related field).
  
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
  
• Proven experience in preparing technical construction documents (drawings and specifications).
  
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
  
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
