Technical Engineer

1. Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, network, and communication systems.
2. Provide technical support for office and project site operations.
3. Coordinate the implementation of digital solutions and system improvements.
4. Monitor system performance, data security, and backup processes.
5. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
6. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
7. Work with project teams to identify technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
8. Liaise with vendors and service providers for system maintenance and technical support.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable technical standards.
10. Supervise and provide guidance to technical staff when required.
11. Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Information and Communication Engineering, or a related field.
2. Good knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
3. Familiarity with industrial automation, IoT, SCADA, or digital monitoring systems is an advantage.
4. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and common business software.
