Provide technical support for a Singapore-based building products company, handling client queries, production assistance, and site training using structural engineering tools like AutoCAD.
Our client, a Singapore-based building products company, is looking for a Technical Engineer to provide technical support across pre- and post-sales, production, and client-facing engineering queries.
What You'll Do
- Handle technical queries from clients and consultants
- Support production and sales teams (pre- and post-sales) on product submissions, proposals, and quotations — including plans, specifications, and price estimates
- Conduct on-site product installation training and periodic site inspections
- Process and manage client orders
- Research and support value-added design solutions using structural engineering calculations and design codes to meet client requirements
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to standardize solutions and support future product development
Core Key Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD / AutoCAD Revit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Proactive, service-oriented approach to client handling
- Self-motivated, responsible, with a careful and detail-oriented work attitude
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
