TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Job Description:

· Support tender exercise through studying project requirements and preparecomprehensive planning proposals of works execution, construction sequence, andhighlight project challenges and mitigating strategies.

· Liaise with suppliers & specialists to provide value engineering proposals.

· Prepare technical documents for tenders, including construction methodologies,project programme (Excel/MS Project), and method statements.

· Estimate project resource requirements including manpower, key constructionequipment and machinery, etc. for costing.

· Work closely with the BIM team to coordinate 3D modeling and developconstruction sequence simulations to support tenders and project planning.

· Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior or management.

job requirements:

· Understand the project specification and able to identify key requirements andcritical paths throughout construction process.

· Good knowledge of construction methodologies and sequence for various naturesincluding residential, industrial, commercial, etc.

· Well-versed in MS Office software for presentations and Microsoft Project forprogramme submissions.

· Experience in construction site planning and technical coordination.
