Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and address technical enquiries from clients and consultants.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to the Production and Sales teams, including the preparation of product submissions, proposals, quotations, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

• Conduct on-site product installation training and perform periodic site inspections as required.

• Process, coordinate, and manage clients’ orders to ensure all requirements are accurately communicated and properly fulfilled.

• Assist in researching and developing value-added, technically sound, and cost-effective design solutions to meet clients’ requirements, using structural engineering calculations and applicable design codes.

• Collaborate closely with the Production and Engineering teams to align clients’ requirements, standardise solutions, and contribute to future product development.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

• Proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable handling client enquiries.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Min 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
