Technical Engineer – QA Automation

Design and execute functional, regression, API, integration, performance, and system testing.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Postman, and JMeter.

Perform SIT/UAT support, defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and release validation.

Conduct performance, reliability, and scalability testing.

Support solution architecture, technical design, API integration, and system reviews.

Test and evaluate AI-enabled features including GenAI/LLMs, chatbots, recommendations, intelligent search, and personalised learning.

Review technical risks, integrations, security, and architecture compliance.

Troubleshoot application, API, database, infrastructure, and integration issues.

Maintain test documentation, architecture diagrams, technical reports, and QA metrics.

Collaborate with customers, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and project teams.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in QA, test automation, software engineering, system integration, or solution architecture.

Hands-on experience with test automation, API testing, performance testing, and defect management.

Experience with enterprise, cloud, or LMS/digital learning platforms.

Knowledge of solution architecture, REST APIs, microservices, cloud, CI/CD, and system integration.

Practical knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-enabled applications.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

ITIL Foundation or equivalent.

Relevant AI certification (e.g. AI-900, AWS AI Practitioner, or equivalent) or demonstrated practical AI experience.

ISTQB certification.

Azure/AWS/GCP certifications.

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.

Experience with LMS/LXP, EdTech, public sector, or large-scale digital platforms.

Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, DevOps, CI/CD, API management, and cloud-native technologies
