About the role
From Grupo Nortempo, we are selecting a Technical Studies and Budgeting Technician to join on a permanent basis a leading company in the technical installations sector, specializing in HVAC, plumbing, heating, renewable energies, and fire protection, with a presence in the Santiago de Compostela (Teo) area.
We are looking for a person with a technical profile who wants to be part of a dynamic technical office, participating in project analysis, budget preparation, and the preparation of offers for clients in the industrial, commercial, and service sectors.
Functions
What you'll do
Study and analysis of installation projects.
Performing measurements and technical calculations.
Preparation of budgets and economic offers.
Requesting and comparing offers from suppliers and subcontractors.
Preparation of technical and economic documentation.
Coordination with the construction and engineering departments.
Cost monitoring and technical support during project execution.
What we're looking for
- Technical training related to installations, building, drafting, or engineering.
- Previous experience in budget preparation, technical studies, or technical office work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and IT tools.
- Ability to interpret plans and technical documentation.
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented person.
Nice to have
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, heating, electricity, or renewable energy projects is valued.
What you'll get
- Permanent contract.
- Salary according to experience and value provided, in accordance with the Metal Industry Collective Agreement of the Province of A Coruña.
- Schedule from Monday to Friday on a continuous workday: from 08:00 to 16:00.
