Summary
Oversee renovation audits for existing properties, ensuring compliance with technical submissions and regulations while coordinating with contractors and residents.
Job Scope:
- You will be part of a team in the engineering department involved in technical processing of submissions for addition and alteration (A&A) works to existing properties and technical submissions by other agencies e.g. IMDA, NEA etc.
- You will schedule the renovation audit at prefab blks carried out by appointed building inspector. To manage the audit carry out in accordance with contractual requirements.
- You are required to compile reports for the audits performed at scheduled period. You are required to interact with consultants, contractors, Branch offices as well as residents to resolve A&A issues and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Possess a good background in Civil and Structural Engineering.
- Those with at least 5 years of working experience in preparation of Civil and Structural Engineering project drawings and/or supervision of civil engineering and building projects will be preferred.
- Experience and good knowledge of relevant structural detailing, BIM and modelling software, construction technology and with good communication skills will be an asset.
$18/hour
Mondays to Fridays office hours
3 months to 1 year contract
