We are looking for a Technical / Functional Analyst to assess the existing FircoSoft architecture and design a test automation process.
The main objective is to automate testing activities, ensure application stability, and prevent regression issues during new releases, which take place approximately every 3 to 4 months.
The consultant will be responsible for the initial analysis, solution design, and leading the implementation of the test automation process.
Responsibilities:
Phase 1 – Analysis & Solution Design
Analyze the existing FircoSoft architecture, structure, and functionalities.
Understand the current testing processes and identify automation opportunities.
Define test scenarios and identify which tests can be automated.
Evaluate potential technical solutions, including existing test automation tools.
Design a functional and technical approach for implementing test automation.
Phase 2 – Implementation & Technical Coordination
Take the lead in implementing the test automation process.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
Define test cases and expected results.
Execute tests, collect results, and identify potential issues.
Analyze test failures and provide initial findings to the technical teams.
Ensure automated regression tests can be executed during each release.
Must Haves:
Experience with FircoSoft or similar AML/sanctions screening platforms (e.g., NICE Actimize).
Proven experience in a complex banking environment integrating/supporting vendor packages.
Deep understanding of payment flows and transaction processing.
Technical skills in Linux/Unix, databases/SQL, and integration flows.
Analytical mindset capable of identifying issues and proposing enhancements.
Nice to Haves:
Proficiency in French.
Interest in AI/Copilot technologies for improving testing.
