Technical HR Business Partner

You will partner closely with algorithm and infrastructure teams to attract and convert top AI scientists and technical leaders. You will design organizational structures, talent pipelines, incentives, and operating processes for fast-growing technical teams. You will diagnose team challenges, improve communication between technical leaders and members, foster an innovative hacker culture, and explore AI agents and automation to improve HR workflows and talent search.

Responsibilities

• Attract and convert AI scientists and technical leaders for algorithm and infrastructure teams
• Design organizational structures, operating processes, talent pipelines, and incentive mechanisms
• Diagnose technical-team challenges and improve communication between leaders and team members
• Build a high-trust, innovation-oriented organizational culture
• Explore AI agents and automation to improve HR workflows and talent search

Requirements

• 3+ years of Tech HRBP or Talent Partner experience in large language models, algorithms, or AI infrastructure
• Experience building technical teams from zero to one during high-growth periods
• Knowledge of organizational development, talent development, organizational diagnosis, performance incentives, and talent pipeline development
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical experts, scholars, and engineering leaders
• Interest in AGI and frontier technology
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, uncertain environment
