Technical Implementation Consultant
Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 5,500 per month
About the role
This is a hands-on role focused on the implementation of commercial business systems, working closely with customers, business users, and internal technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is someone who is technically capable, enjoys learning new technologies and business domains, takes ownership of assigned tasks, and is willing to solve problems rather than simply wait for instructions.
Experience with commercial systems such as ERP, WMS, inventory, logistics, supply chain, or other enterprise applications is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities
Implement commercial business systems and enterprise applications
Work closely with customers and business users throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with internal technical teams on project delivery
Write and understand SQL queries and perform basic database troubleshooting and data analysis
Take ownership of assigned tasks and solve problems independently
Participate in project implementation activities and customer engagement
Travel for customer projects when required
About you
0–2 years of working experience in software development, system implementation, technical consulting, or a related field
Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
Able to write and understand SQL queries and perform basic database troubleshooting and data analysis
Basic understanding of software development and web/application systems
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks with reasonable guidance
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Experience with commercial systems such as ERP, WMS, inventory, logistics, supply chain, or other enterprise applications is highly desirable
Willing to travel for customer projects when required
