Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute to all phases of the implementation process, ensuring client requirements are met with precision and efficiency.
- Deliver implementation projects that include onboarding new clients, configuring enhancements, and addressing escalated issues.
- Build and maintain project plans (e.g., GANTT charts) to track timelines, agenda, recaps, deliverables, and risks.
- Escalate risks and blockers proactively to leadership.
- Execute and test system configurations to adapt the software to specific client workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues and propose workarounds within current capabilities to meet expectations.
- Support the evolution of implementation processes for greater efficiency.
- Participate in client status calls and serve as a trusted partner in managing updates and communications.
- Ensure alignment with all stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
- Work closely with multiple internal teams teams to ensure successful go-lives and smooth post-implementation experiences.
- Bridge gaps across teams to address client needs and system performance.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, SOP adherence, and stakeholder reporting.
- Provide visibility into implementation progress and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance both technical and operational processes.
- Undertake other administrative and operational duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years in SaaS or ERP implementation, digital product delivery, or a similar client-facing technical role (required).
- 2+ years of proven experience in software configuration and troubleshooting, using low-code tools, integrations and workflow automation (required)
- Strong ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in startup or healthcare environments is a plus.
- Fluency in English (C1) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Available to work in a hybrid work model.
