- Current-state infrastructure baseline covering all participating councils.
- Infrastructure dependency and risk assessments.
- Assured transition and convergence options for:
- Network services
- Identity and access management
- Microsoft 365 environments
- Telephony and contact centre services
- Cyber security controls
- Technical architecture standards and governance frameworks.
- Architecture decision records and design documentation.
- Technical risk registers and mitigation plans.
- Service continuity and resilience recommendations.
- Strategic infrastructure roadmaps supporting organisational transition.
