Technical IT Project Manager

Salary: $6,500 – $8,000 per month

12 Months Contract
Location: Changi
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a technically strong IT professional to support the cybersecurity compliance, technical management and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of critical IT systems within a complex airport environment.
The successful candidate will drive compliance activities across four IT systems, including applicable CSA Cybersecurity Code of Practice (CCoP) 2026 and Cyber Trust Mark requirements, with a target completion timeline of July 2027.
The role combines cybersecurity compliance, technical project management, system management and vendor management. The candidate will work closely with vendors and internal IT teams to assess gaps, drive remediation and ensure systems remain secure, reliable and operationally fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cybersecurity compliance assessments and remediation for assigned IT systems against applicable CSA requirements and security standards.

• Conduct gap assessments, identify risks and control deficiencies, and drive remediation through to closure.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to implement, validate and document required security controls.

• Manage compliance evidence, risks, issues and audit/assessment activities.

• Lead technical projects and system enhancements from requirements through implementation and operational handover.

• Manage assigned systems’ Operations & Maintenance activities such as:

• Incidents, Change Requests, System/ Software Patching, Cybersecurity Vulnerabilities and system lifecycle activities.

• Review system architecture, technical designs and vendor proposals, and provide technical challenge where required.

• Act as the technical focal point with vendors and coordinate across cybersecurity, infrastructure, application and business teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.

• 5–8 years of relevant IT experience.

• Practical experience in cybersecurity compliance, security assessment, governance or IT risk management.

• Experience conducting compliance/gap assessments, identifying control gaps and driving remediation.

• Experience with recognised cybersecurity frameworks or standards such as CSA CCoP, Cyber Trust Mark, ISO 27001, NIST, MAS TRM or equivalent.

• Strong technical IT background with understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, servers, databases and system interfaces.

• Experience in technical project management and/or IT system management.

• Experience managing external vendors and technology partners.
