Technical (IT) Talent Acquisition Specialist

About this Position You will be acting as the Tech Recruitment Partner in the Human Resources Team gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employer reputation within a dynamic and collaborative environment. What you´ll do Partner with Technical hiring managers to determine requirement hiring needs Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle (phone video screening, interviewing, selecting candidates) Prepare job ads for open positions and posted jobs on our corporate website all recruitment channels and ensure all candidates' applications are maintained properly on the system while providing feedback in a timely manner Search for potential candidates on internal external databases and screened resumes based on the role profile, Market candidate research for potential positions Handles and support in the tech employee branding activities for the GBS+ Cairo (Example; Employment fairs, Job Shadowing days, University Sessions…) Support in handling the exit interviews and documentation, Prepares quarterly exit analysis
