Technical Lead - Agentic AI Systems

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. AI System Development :

- Design/build agentic AI workflows; combine LLM reasoning with structured workflows and external tools/APIs; implement production-grade AI products in Python; integrate LLM/SLM models into enterprise apps.

2. Architecture & Technical Leadership :

- Own technical architecture; lead design discussions; set standards for code quality, modularity, testing, deployment.

3. AI Platform Engineering :

- Build/manage systems using LLM orchestration + observability frameworks; implement evaluation/monitoring/debugging workflows; optimize model usage and performance.

4. Enterprise Integration & APIs :

- Design/maintain secure, documented APIs; build scalable backend services; ensure integration reliability and fault tolerance.

5. Security & Governance :

- Implement cybersecurity best practices (secure API design, auth, data protection); ensure compliance with enterprise security standards; maintain auditability/observability.

6. Technical Delivery Ownership :

- Own technical delivery across AI projects; collaborate with product/data science/engineering to translate requirements into implementations; identify risks and propose architectural improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience on enterprise AI platforms or AI-driven SaaS products.

- Exposure to multi-agent systems and workflow orchestration.

- Experience building AI systems that interact with enterprise data systems/APIs.

- Familiarity with distributed system design and cloud-native development environments.
