Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead/AI Orchestrator to lead the architecture, development and technical delivery of enterprise Onboarding and Access Management applications using OutSystems O11 and ODC.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in OutSystems development, application architecture, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and agentic AI-assisted development.

The role involves leading engineering teams, directing AI coding agents, reviewing AI-generated code and ensuring secure, scalable and production-ready application delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design and development of enterprise onboarding and access management applications using OutSystems O11 and ODC.

- Design and implement secure onboarding workflows, user provisioning, delegated administration and role-based access models.

- Implement server-side RBAC enforcement and integrate applications with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Azure Active Directory.

- Translate technical requirements and specifications into executable development tasks for engineers and AI coding agents.

- Direct and manage AI coding agents using structured prompts and approved agentic development tools.

- Review and validate AI-generated code, test cases and technical documentation before deployment.

- Ensure adherence to OutSystems 4-Layer Canvas architecture, application security, performance and coding standards.

- Develop and review REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations and event-driven workflows.

- Collaborate with architecture, integration, workflow and AI teams to manage technical dependencies.

- Optimize SQL queries, database aggregates and application performance.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines and application deployments using OutSystems LifeTime and Azure DevOps.

- Lead defect resolution, root-cause analysis, technical debt reduction and production support.

- Mentor engineering teams on AI-assisted development, architecture practices and secure coding standards.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 - 12 years of overall IT experience.

- 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in OutSystems development.

- Strong expertise in OutSystems 11 (O11) and OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).

- Proven experience in technical leadership, application architecture and enterprise application development.

- 1.5 years of hands-on experience in AI-assisted development using agentic coding tools.

- Experience directing AI coding agents beyond basic chat-based assistance or code autocomplete.

- Experience delivering AI-assisted code into production environments.

- Strong understanding of OutSystems 4-Layer Canvas architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), RBAC, user provisioning and onboarding workflows.

- Experience with delegated administration, access control and identity-provider integrations.

- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and SSO implementation.

- Understanding of OWASP security principles, application security and data protection.

- Proficiency in SQL, database aggregates and performance optimization.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, testing and production deployments.

- Strong troubleshooting, technical decision-making and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- OutSystems Tech Lead or Architecture Specialist certification.

- OutSystems Mentor or AI Agent Builder certification.

- Experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or equivalent agentic coding tools.

- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.

- Experience developing multi-agency or multi-tenant applications.

- Knowledge of Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID and Single Sign-On (SSO).

- Experience with OutSystems Architecture Dashboard and automated code quality checks.
