Summary
Technical lead / solution architect in Wan Chai who designs system architecture and guides development teams to build secure, scalable enterprise applications, with a focus on driving adoption of AI-assisted development and AI/LLM-integrated solutions. Stack includes React/Angular/Vue frontends and Java/Node.js/Python backends.
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Design and define overall system architecture, application structure, and data flow.
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Work with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure application security, data privacy, and compliance with development best practices.
Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and quality assurance processes.
Lead code reviews, testing strategies, and system quality improvements.
Drive the adoption and governance of AI-assisted development tools and AI-integrated solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and system analysis.
Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise or public-facing applications.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, API integration, and database management.
Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or HTMX.
Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, or Python.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development methodologies.
Familiar with web application security practices, including: OWASP Top 10, Data validation and sanitization, Encryption and secure data handling, User authentication and access control
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in software development.
Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and their application in development, testing, code review, and security assessment.
Strong understanding of AI security and responsible AI usage.
Able to demonstrate successful delivery of production-ready applications using AI-assisted development tools.
