Role & responsibilities :-
WE ARE HIRING | TECHNICAL LEAD BACKEND & INTEGRATION
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 912 Years
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Expert-level Python programming
- Strong working knowledge of Java and/or Node.js
- AWS Lambda, API Gateway & AppSync (Must Have)
- AWS Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS & SNS
- SQL, Stored Procedures & MongoDB
- Event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing & API integrations
- ECS & Terraform (Must Have)
- Working knowledge of Docker, EKS, OpenShift, GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, IAM & encryption
- AI-assisted development tools: Cursor, Claude Skills & Devin AI
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead backend and integration service design and development.
- Build scalable serverless and event-driven solutions on AWS.
- Drive technical design reviews, code reviews, coding standards, and automated testing.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
- Promote secure and responsible AI-assisted software development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- US healthcare / payer domain experience.
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, X12 EDI, Kafka, or other messaging systems.
- Experience working with client-facing stakeholders.
