Technical Lead Consultant

Location: Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in technical and operational leadership roles within the hygiene and paper products manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale production processes.
• Strong understanding of raw materials, production technologies, and quality control systems relevant to hygiene and paper products.
• Demonstrated experience in regional market analysis and cross-border supply chain dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices.
