MISSIONS :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using .NET and NodeJS (TypeScript) for backend development and React/Angular (TypeScript) for frontend.
- Convert outcome statements from the product team into technical specifications for the engineering team and ensure the defined outcomes are delivered
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in blockchain and crypto technology.
- Complete the transformation of existing system into a microservices architecture.
- Integrating existing system with a new crypto exchange platform.
Profil
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead (Minimum 3 years experience as a Tech Lead for teams of over 5 staff).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of .NET frameworks, NodeJS, and TypeScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web socket connections.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
- Crypto/Blockchain Commercial experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong tech project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
