Technical Lead (Full Stack Developer – Java / Angular / C# .NET) - Contractor

Salary: ฿75,000 – ฿85,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple development squads.

• Lead technical design, solution architecture, and engineering best practices.

• Remain hands-on with development, architecture design, code reviews, PR reviews, technical spikes, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

• Develop and support enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Angular Frontend and Backend technologies including Java, C#, and .NET.

• Design and review APIs, system integrations, and scalable application architecture.

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, blockers, and technical debt across squads.

• Work closely with Product Owners, QA teams, Domain Leads, and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Establish standards for code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and release readiness.

• Support Cloud architecture, deployment, and operational practices, preferably on Microsoft Azure.

• Mentor Senior Developers and squad-level Technical Leads.

• Drive continuous improvement in engineering quality, platform reliability, and development processes.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, Senior Full Stack Developer, or similar technical leadership role.

• Strong hands-on Frontend development with Angular.

• Strong Backend development experience with Java and/or C# / .NET.

• Experience leading technical delivery across multiple squads or concurrent workstreams.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, system integration, and enterprise application architecture.

• Experience with relational databases and enterprise-scale systems.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git branching strategies, and modern software delivery practices.

• Experience with Cloud platforms; Microsoft Azure is preferred.

• Strong understanding of Agile software development and experience working with Product Owners and QA teams.

• Ability to conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical design discussions.

• Strong problem-solving, technical decision-making, and mentoring skills.

• Good English communication skills – interview will be conducted in English.
