Qualification and Skills Required :

- 8+ yrs of experience in Fullstack Development.

- Experience in React.js, Node.js, Typescript.

- Good knowledge on AWS Cloud.

- Experience in AI.

- Mentoring experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS.

- Drive technical architecture, code quality, security, and development best practices.

- Build and maintain responsive front-end applications and robust backend APIs/microservices.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Lead cloud adoption, CI/CD implementation, and application performance optimization on AWS.

- Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into products and drive innovation initiatives.

- Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and career development.

- Own technical delivery, stakeholder communication, and resolution of complex production issues.
