Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of our front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate has strong full-stack development experience and can lead engineers, establish technical standards, and deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring architectural judgment, mentoring skills, and effective communication. Experience in patch management, ETL pipelines, and API integrations is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and implement end-to-end solutions across user interfaces, back-end services, databases, and integrations.

· Define the technical roadmap and ensure system scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

· Lead the development of responsive, accessible web applications using React, Angular, or Vue.js.

· Design and develop APIs and microservices using Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.

· Oversee database design, data modeling, and performance optimization for SQL and NoSQL databases.

· Establish coding standards, code review practices, and CI/CD processes.

· Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and support team performance and development.

· Collaborate with product, QA, infrastructure, security, and operations teams throughout implementation.

· Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues and ensure timely resolution.

Experience Requirements

· At least 3 years of software development experience, including experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Engineer.

· Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development and end-to-end solution delivery.

· Experience designing APIs, microservices, databases, and system integrations.

· Experience implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and deployment automation.

· Experience leading engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

· Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with TypeScript and HTML5/CSS3.

· Proficiency in one or more back-end technologies, such as Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.

· Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar databases.

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

· Strong understanding of security best practices, including OWASP and secure software development.

· Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and take ownership of delivery.

Advantage Skills

· Patch Management: Experience in patch identification, testing, deployment, validation, and vulnerability remediation using tools such as SCCM/MECM, WSUS, or Ansible.

· ETL and Data Solutions: Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, Airflow, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, or GCP Dataflow.

· API Integrations: Experience with REST, SOAP, message queues, event-driven architectures, API versioning, authentication, rate limiting, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.

· Knowledge of data quality, lineage, governance, and reconciliation.
