Maintains and improves HR technology platforms, ensuring accurate employee data and seamless system operations while supporting global HR initiatives and legacy system transitions.

The Technical Lead HCM Analyst – Core & Reports and Integrations is responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms and associated business processes. The role serves as a key liaison between HR, payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate employee data, reliable system operations, effective reporting, and seamless user support.

The position supports both WSP and legacy Ricardo HR systems during integration and transition activities, while contributing to global HR technology initiatives, employee master data governance, reporting, compliance, and system enhancements. The role operates within the Manila Global Capability Centre (GCC) and collaborates with global HR Technology & Insights teams across multiple regions.

HRIS Administration & Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for HR systems and related applications.
  • Administer and maintain employee data within HR platforms while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support user access, security, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities.
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and system vendors to resolve system-related issues and defects.
  • Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of system updates and enhancements.

Legacy System & Integration Support

  • Provide ongoing support for legacy Ricardo HR applications and tools that remain operational during regional Horizon implementation activities.
  • Support cross-training and knowledge transfer initiatives to ensure continuity of service across HR technology platforms.
  • Assist with system transition activities and integration efforts between Ricardo and WSP environments.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for retained legacy applications and related business processes.

Employee Data Management

  • Maintain and validate employee master data, organizational structures, departments, managers, and assignment information.
  • Support employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, organizational changes, and reporting updates.
  • Participate in data conversion, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, and system implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with established data governance standards and controls.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports.
  • Support workforce, payroll, compliance, and operational reporting requirements.
  • Assist business stakeholders with data analysis and reporting requests.
  • Validate report outputs and ensure data quality across reporting platforms.

Project & Continuous Improvement Support

  • Participate in HR technology projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with business process documentation, testing coordination, and change management activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, user experience, and data quality.
  • Support global HR Technology & Insights initiatives as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting HRIS, ERP, or workforce management systems.
  • Experience with employee data administration and HR operations processes.
  • Experience supporting reporting, data analysis, or system administration activities.
  • Experience working in a shared services, GCC, or global support environment is preferred.
