We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Angular, and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should have prior experience leading a small development team while actively contributing to application design, development, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 23 developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Angular.
- Write and optimize complex PL/SQL queries, procedures, and packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality output.
Required Skills
- 5.1 to 7 years of experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java.
- Good experience in Angular.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team of at least 2 - 3 developers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
