Role:- Technical Lead – Migration
Must have
- Degree with at least 10 years of technical experience
- 5+ years of J2EE and database design experience.Struts/Spring and Hibernate use
- Experience of complete software developmentlifecycles – waterfall and agile project experience
- Sound understanding of retail banking andknowledge and application of banking technology and regulations/compliance
- Understanding of data security, privacy, data protection, regulatory and compliance procedures
Good to have
- J2EE technical certification is highly preferred
- Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platform technology
- Delivered content management system as part of an Internet Banking roll-out
- Knowledge or have worked on delivery project involving solution such as content management and device rendering products(e.g. Interwoven, HP LiveSite, Oracle Web Center Site) will be a major plus.
Essential Technical Skill
- J2EE, MVC and OO Analysis and Design patterns
- EJB, JMX, Struts, Spring, Hibernate/Ibatis, JMS,MDB
