Technical Lead .NET FullStack

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead who combines deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, business understanding, and excellent communication skills to drive high-quality software delivery.

The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand unfamiliar business domains, translate complex requirements into practical system architectures, and provide clear technical direction to engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

1. Business Understanding, Solution Architecture & Execution

• Quickly understand new business domains, workflows, and requirements, identifying the underlying business problems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, practical, and maintainable system architectures.
• Break down architectures into clear, actionable development tasks with well-defined technical direction, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and guide engineering teams from solution design through successful implementation.
• Take ownership of technical decisions, proactively resolve challenges, and remain hands-on throughout delivery.

2. Deep .NET, Full Stack, Cloud & Delivery Engineering

• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise application development.
• Deep understanding of .NET fundamentals, design patterns, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and how these concepts work together to build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
• Solid experience with Angular or Next.js and TypeScript, with a strong appreciation for frontend architecture, usability, and intuitive user experiences.
• Practical understanding of AWS or Azure cloud services, including how cloud capabilities are selected, integrated, and consumed within microservices-based applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and how this work together to enable faster, reliable software delivery.
• Experience with API integrations, relational databases, application performance, and continuously improving engineering efficiency and release cycles.

3. AI-Assisted Engineering & Team Productivity

• Practical experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrate a clear vision and practical approach to applying AI across an engineering team, beyond individual coding assistance.
• Ability to integrate AI into requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Articulate real-world examples of how AI has improved development productivity, software quality, and delivery speed.
• Drive AI adoption within the team while ensuring appropriate engineering standards and quality controls.

4. Communication, Leadership & Ownership

• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions and communicate confidently with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide and mentor engineering teams.
• A proactive can-do attitude, strong ownership, and accountability to drive solutions and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on .NET development and technical leadership.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise applications using .NET with Angular or Next.js.
• Practical exposure to AWS or Azure in modern application development environments.
• Added advantages: Experience in airline, aviation, travel or reservation technology, and leading distributed engineering teams.
