Technical Lead / Network Engineer
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for a Technical Lead / Network Engineer to join our client's fast-growing team. The role involves supporting network infrastructure with Cisco and Huawei platforms, implementing and configuring network devices, and collaborating with project managers and security teams to coordinate migration activities.
Key responsibilities
Support the network infrastructure with Cisco and Huawei platforms
Implement and configure network devices, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption during project implementation
Collaborate with project managers, security teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate migration activities
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues during and after migration
Document network designs, configurations, and migration processes
Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed
About you
Proven experience in network routing and switching, with hands-on expertise in both Cisco and Huawei environments
Demonstrated experience in network project implementation, particularly in large-scale migration projects
Strong understanding of enterprise networking protocols and technologies (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, VXLAN)
Familiarity with network hardware from both Cisco and Huawei
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Basic project coordination skills
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or Huawei Certified ICT Expert (HCIE) is a plus
Experience with network migration projects involving both Cisco and Huawei technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with firewalls is a plus
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Network Engineer.
