Technical Lead (Python/React)

-London | ONLY 1 day per week in the office and 4 days from home.
We're seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of a growing SaaS platform. This role combines technical leadership, software engineering, and team mentorship, offering the opportunity to influence both product direction and engineering culture.
Key Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with leadership experience.
- Advanced Python development skills (FastAPI desirable).
- Experience with SQL, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and scalable systems.
- Exposure to React/TypeScript is advantageous.
- Experience within SaaS, cybersecurity, or data-driven platforms is beneficial.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Must hold, or be eligible for, SC Clearance.
