Join us as a Technical Lead- Software Development in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 60 days. You will manage software engineering teams and ensure the successful delivery of scalable technology solutions. You will be accountable for leading and mentoring developers, defining technical strategies, and maintaining engineering quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor software developers to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Define technical implementation strategies to guide the development process.
- Review code and architecture to ensure high-quality software solutions.
- Manage development timelines to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Resolve complex technical challenges that arise during the development process.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
