Technical Lead / Solution Architect (.NET Integration Platform)
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect (.NET Integration Platform) to lead the design, development, integration, deployment, and operational governance of an enterprise document processing and integration platform. The role is responsible for defining solution architecture, establishing technical standards, leading development teams, and ensuring the platform meets business, security, scalability, reliability, and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, microservices architecture, API management, enterprise integration, cloud-native design principles, and DevOps practices. This position serves as the primary technical authority for the platform and collaborates closely with business stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure teams, and development teams. The platform architecture includes .NET services, API Gateway, SSO/IAM, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, ECM integration, observability tools, and CI/CD automation.
Key responsibilities
Design and maintain enterprise-grade solution architecture for integration and document processing platforms.
Define application, integration, security, and infrastructure architecture standards.
Establish architectural principles for scalability, maintainability, resiliency, and performance.
Lead technical solution reviews and architecture governance activities.
Produce architecture artifacts, design documents, and technical specifications.
Lead and mentor software engineers and technical teams.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.
Design and govern RESTful APIs and enterprise integration services.
Define authentication and authorization strategies including OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and SSO solutions.
Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation and continuous delivery practices.
About you
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT or any related fields
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and system integration.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Senior Software Architect.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and integration platforms.
Experience leading development teams and cross-functional technical initiatives.
Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core / .NET 8.
Proficiency in ASP.NET Core Web API development.
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture.
Extensive experience with REST APIs and API-first design.
