Role: Java Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership across Java application stacks.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and detailed solutions.
• Design and review RESTful APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Perform hands-on development and troubleshooting for complex technical problems.
• Conduct code reviews and establish coding, design, security, and performance standards.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance on architecture, development practices, and design patterns.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for modernization.
• Drive application modernization, technology upgrades, refactoring, and migration initiatives.
• Ensure applications meet requirements for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Support CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend appropriate solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Participate in technical estimations, planning, design discussions, and solution reviews.
