Technical Leader / Project Manager; Chassis Electrical Installation & Pneumatics.

We are looking for a new XFTL (Crossfunctional Technical Leader) to our section Chassis Electrical Installation & Pneumatics.

The person is a passionate person with a positive attitude and ability to interact, network and cooperate effectively. In addition, someone who has a drive to draw conclusions, deliver results and who is interested in improving working methods will be greatly appreciated in our team and organization.

A sense/feeling/drive for law and order is a must.

In this role you will have the responsibility for driving complex deliveries together with the engineering team and other functions such as Aftermarket, Purchasing, Operations and Volvo Trucks.

XFTL focuses on deliveries, communicating, and implementing an operational plan for completing an engineering-based project.

Preparing/coordinating designs, specifications, time plans, cost estimates, installation, testing etc.

Manage projects or subprojects with limited complexity within a program or portfolio, from initiation to completion so called Epic leader may also be included.

May be assigned to more complex project Responsibilities which may include:

Working independently with limited supervision.

You will report to the Section Manager and work very close to the Lead Engineers in Gothenburg and in Bangalore.
