Technical Manager

Description

Oversee all technical activities within the calibration scope.
Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 technical requirements.
Review and approve calibration procedures and technical records.
Ensure traceability and validity of calibration results.
Lead laboratory readiness for accreditation and surveillance audits.
Support uncertainty evaluations and technical decision-making.
Supervise and technically guide calibration engineers/technicians.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in calibration or testing laboratories.
Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Experience dealing with accreditation bodies and technical assessors.
Ability to lead technical discussions during assessments.
