InflexionPoint is currently looking for a Technical Manager – Data Centers. As the Technical Manager, you will serve as the senior technical authority for InflexionPoint’s Data Center business vertical, ensuring engineering excellence, technical quality commissioning success, and development of technical talent. This includes overseeing the design, development, and implementation of control and automation solutions for mission critical applications, with an emphasis on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
The Technical Manager will manage multidisciplinary teams contributing to system architecture, hardware design, functional/software design, programming, commissioning, and operational support for systems across multiple projects in mission-critical environments such as data centers. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position reporting to the General Manager – Data Centers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish technical standards, governance, and engineering best practices
- Lead architecture reviews, technical risk management, and quality assurance
- Support complex project pursuits, estimating, design reviews, FAT/SAT, startup, and commissioning
- Mentor engineers and technical leads
- Act as trusted advisor to customers and project teams
- Partner with business leadership to expand technical capabilities and market relevance
