JOB SUMMARY: The Associate, Technical leads technical documentation and detailing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and coordination for architectural projects. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Produce and review detailed drawings, BIM models and construction documentation. • Resolve technical design issues and coordinate multidisciplinary details. • Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction. • Review shop drawings, materials and compliance submissions. • Guide junior technical staff on drafting standards and workflows. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field. • 6–9+ years of technical coordination experience. • Strong knowledge of detailing, construction methods and BIM/CAD tools.
