Technical Manager
Job Description
- Lead design team and review shop drawings on C&S design
- Ensure design deliverables – design submission and approval process, procurement, supply, construction, erection, installation, testing and commissioning issues
- Highlight project risks, design optimization and changes
- Provide practical construction solution
- Provide coordination with QPD/QPS and client regarding engineering proposal and submissions to carry out construction work for building projects
- Coordinates all site works including third party vendors, ensuring works meet specification and briefs
- Manage sub-contractor design team for designing clearance
- Controlling project budget, including material and manpower resource
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Manage all phases of the project from design through completion, ensuring timely delivery, efficient resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the engineering and project teams to achieve project objectives.
