Technical Manager - Java

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead a team of backend engineers to develop scalable solutions using Java and related technologies, ensuring high performance and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of backend engineers in Java.

- Architect scalable backend solutions.

- Ensure performance and security of applications.

- Mentor team members on best practices.

- Implement improvements in operational processes.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- 7 - 11 years of hands-on experience in Core Java across product-based companies, including OOPs, Collections, Threads, and Design Patterns.

- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Java backend development.

- Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices and REST APIs.

- Experience architecting scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems.

- Prior experience leading and mentoring a team of Java/backend engineers.
