Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage technical and design coordination activities across multiple projects • Oversee architectural, structural, and MEP design integration • Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and technical standards • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams • Manage technical risks and resolve complex design conflicts • Supervise and mentor architects, engineers, and BIM teams • Support project delivery from concept through construction supervision stages • Ensure quality assurance and technical governance across all deliverables

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline • 12–15 Years of Experience in Engineering Consultancy / Construction Industry • Strong UAE Consultancy & Design Coordination Experience • Proven Experience Managing Multidisciplinary Teams • Strong Knowledge of UAE Authority Submission & Approval Processes • Experience in High-Rise & Complex Building Projects • Strong Leadership, Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills • Familiarity with BIM Coordination Workflows is an Advantage
