Technical Manager Real Estate

About the role

As a Property Management technician, you will ensure the correct functioning of the assigned assets. Your role will be to supervise maintenance, manage incidents, and control budgets to guarantee the operational excellence of each property.

What you'll do

You support the technical area in the daily management of the property.

You accompany the technical monitoring of projects, works, and tenant fit-outs.

You execute Facility Management tasks to optimize services.

You supervise the maintenance of the assets' facilities.

You prepare reports and perform the control of Capex and budgets.

What we're looking for

You possess a Degree in Engineering or Building Construction.

You have 3 years of experience in real estate asset management.

You speak English fluently.

You have a driver's license and your own vehicle.

You are available for immediate start.

You demonstrate problem-solving skills for dealing with suppliers and clients.

Nice to have

You positively value having knowledge in facilities, building management, or French.
