Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 2 Technical Supervisors to provide support for Works in the Community of La Rioja.

What you'll do

• Organize construction activities following the instructions of the site manager, ensure the quality and performance of the works, and guarantee a suitable working environment for all agents involved.
• Collaborate in the programming of actions, preparation of budgets, and site layouts.
• Supervise the execution of the works through measurements, calculation of yields, and material control.
• Comply with and ensure compliance with the safety plan of the operation, as well as existing specifications regarding quality and the environment.
• Organize and coordinate human teams by instructing operators in specific tasks.

Education & certifications

• You possess a Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) degree in an agricultural specialty, or building and civil engineering, or electricity and electronics, or installation and maintenance. (degree must be officially recognized in Spain).
• Occupational Risk Prevention training equal to or greater than 60 hours

  A fixed-term contract is offered with an estimated duration of 14 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or with funding coming from European Union Funds
  
  Full-time.
  
  The position may be located in La Rioja or Navarra depending on the needs of the service or project.

Specific Requirements

Previous Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a technical foreman of building and/or civil engineering works (verifiable through work or academic experience via employment contract/employment history + CV).
• From 2 years to 4 years performing functions as a building works foreman (verifiable through work or academic experience via employment contract/employment history + CV)
• From 2 years to 4 years performing functions as a civil engineering works foreman (verifiable through work or academic experience via employment contract/employment history + CV).

• Type B driver's license
