TECHNICAL MANAGER
Xin Zhong Sheng Construction Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Technical Manager (Electrical Systems & Project Development) to oversee the company's electrical and M&E business development activities, provide technical leadership, and manage project delivery for commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical and M&E projects.
- Meet clients, consultants and project owners to understand technical requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations and project cost estimates.
- Manage electrical and instrumentation projects from planning through completion.
- Supervise project execution, subcontractors and site coordination.
- Provide technical support for electrical control panels, PLC systems, instrumentation and industrial electrical works.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support tender preparation and project documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical, instrumentation or industrial engineering.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, PLC, instrumentation and commissioning.
Experience in project management, technical coordination and client liaison.
Good leadership and communication skills.
